I need help locating the 3M Privacy Film or any other kind of glass that will
change colour in the presence of an electric charge (liquid crystal or
electrochromic is fine but lower the voltage is better).  Anyone know a source
of these for a reasonable price?  I don't need a very big size (less than
a square foot for sure).  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
