I just started using MPSIM today. It's not quite as pretty or easy to use as Epic's simulator, but it does certainly do the job. I get strange cautions about reading an address that it says has never been written to, but it certainly has. Any else seen this? There's another error too, but I can't recall it at the moment. One of THE most annoying things about the simulator is the need to set up .ini files. Every time I write a new program I have to setup a new .ini file for it and load it (using GE) so I can display the values in registers along with their symbol names. Why can't it just look at the list file and automatically display everything that has been assigned a symbol? Or there already a command for this? I read all of the docs it came with and didn't see anything like that. If there is no such command, I'm going to email Microchip and suggest it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Tracy Reed http://rohan.sdsu.edu/home/treed IRC-Maelcum Check out DALnet!
