Reply to: RE>ITU's $29 programmer Hi James, I got the ITU kit ('84 version -- I didn't know they made others) several months back. I'm happy with it. I had some trouble putting it together, but the ITU people were extremely helpful in diagnosing my problems. In fact, eventually (after several days' worth of email correspondence) they sent me an assembled kit and I returned the one *I* didn't put together right. (!) And they didn't charge me any extra. It really stands out nowadays when a company gives an effort to support the customers. (I'm not sure, but I think that ITU is basically small operation, which may explain why they're so interested in keeping customers happy.) So yeah, the programmer itself works fine. But the technical support is what really stood out in my experience. -- Bob Clark bobc@edmark.com bobc@oz.net
