Yikes!  Mea culpa.  The largest serial FRAM part in the book is still just
2Kbytes.  I guess there's high-density stuff in the works with their joint
ventures with Hitachi, Fujitsu, Rohm, & Toshiba, but I don't think there's
even part numbers for that yet...
