Re : ETI programmer, thanks for those who wrote requesting info.
on this programmer, below is a message from Antti Lukats which
shows where you can find further details.

If anyone would like the current version 2.0 hex program for the
16C57 to be used in the programmer, then please mail me, it's too
big for the PICLIST I think.

The host software (Windows and DOS) is a problem. I decided some
time ago that I'd release this in to the Public domain when people
stopped buying it as a result of the magazine articles, unfortunately
they just keep requesting it ! In the meantime it can be obtained
from me at =A315.00 or $30.00, Add =A36.00 for $10.00 for the programmed
PIC. As soon as interest dies off I'll release the whole lot PD.
