I rather like the look of these - so I did a little investigating Ramtron have their WWW pages at URL: http://www.csn.net/ramtron which include Postscript data sheets for these things. (They are a little large, and I'm having a little trouble downloading them at the moment - though that might be the local web proxy). Apparently they're based in Colorado Springs, so they have plenty of US suppliers. They've even got a couple in the UK.
