Hello,

        Is there a serial RAM device with the same 4 line interface:

        CLK
        CS
        DI
        DO

as Microship's 93LC66 (serial EEPROM)?  I would like to be able to interface
such a device to a PIC.  I have a 93LC66 interface working already.
Maybe there is a I*IC device as well.  I would appreciate the info.
