I used Mike Keitz's suggestion of checking out what's going on between the port pins and the Vdd. Here are the results: All pins have around 5 Meg Ohms between Port pin & Vdd except RB0 - Vdd : where I get about 1.6K ohms. So- I guess I blew the RB0 port. Next Question: Obviously with this blown port, I can no longer program the chip in serial mode, - but is it possible to program it in Parallel mode? -4 Pics blown and desperately trying to salvage them- -()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()- Rolan Yang http://hertz.njit.edu/~rxy5310 Electrical Engineer rxy5310@hertz.njit.edu kyurius@tsb.weschke.com VR,ROBOTICS,FENCING,HACKING,INDUSTRIAL MUSIC,ART,EXPLOSIVES,INLINE SKATING THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS. -()---()---()---()---()---()-----()-()---()---()---()---()---()---()---()- 4 out of 10 people are annoyed by ^ this.
