There have been a few requests for information about larger serial ram
devices.  A few multi-chip solutions were offered up (e.g. Nino Benci).  Is
there any interest in a single module for such a device.  We would be willing
to design and build such units if there is enough interest.  If you have any
interest please e-mail me directly with the following information:

What size memory do you desire (depth and width)?
What package format are you interested in (SIP, DIP, etc.)?
What quantities would you be interested in?
What price range are you willing to pay for such modules? (Please be
reasonable and honest).
Are there any special requirements (e.g. battery backup, low voltage, etc.).

I will be out of town the rest of this week but I will compile the results of
any replies when I return and post a summary to the list then.
