Ok it appears that everybody except Andrew Warren (thanks andy) has
got the wrong side  of the question. "Trying to increment the RTCC via
RA4 did'nt work." It has nothing to do with not pushing the w reg or
any other reg onto a software stack and popping them off
afterwards.Simply because  it did'nt even get close to causing an
interupt because the RTCC was'nt being increment towards overflowing
to 00H.
