I posted a message about this programmer about a month ago.  In this
post I gave an address for a US distributor.  I see you have a WWW
browser, so point it at http://me210.Stanford.EDU/luehrb/pic/ and
search for the item titled "Yet another PIC programmer".  If you
have trouble doing this let me know and I'll dig out the info
again.
