I ordered a couple of 93C66P's from Jameco that I thought were made by
 Microchip, for use in a datalogger that I am
creating with a PIC.  These chips have a manufacturer's label of EXCEL, is this
 a different company from Microchip?  If
so are they programmed in the same way? Are the lifespans as long as Microchip
 claims?
