> Does anybody know something about the PIC16C61? I found an anouncement in > EPN (Electronics Products News), December 1994. I have the Microchip > databook published in 1994 but there is nothing about it. It is a 16C71 w/o the A/D. I got both a datasheet and chips from Microchip. There are LC-versions (I have this one), but it is not clear if they can operate down to 2.5V or need 3V (like the LC71). The datasheet says 3V, the announcement 2.5V. They are quite cheap. I got 1000 for about $4.3 each here in Germany. Mike -- Dipl.-Ing.
