The Microchip FTP site has been updated to include endure.zip.  This
file is about 600K in size and contains the current distribution of
the endurance software for evaluating the performance of EEPROM's
in embedded control designs.

It has all new libraries and reflects the current 10 Million cycle
gaurentee now being offered by Microchip.
