Hello again,

I thought that I would share my tmr1 resolution on the 16c64 with you all.  Two
things caused me a lot of grief.

1. Clearing the ccp1con from a compare mode clears the ccp1 pin.

2. False interrupts may be generated when making compare mode changes.

Once I established these two possibilities, I was able to write the code
to handle their effects.  I hope this helps others if they are using the
compare mode.
