Hello all,

I'm trying to use the tmr1 compare mode on the 16c64, and I'm having
a little trouble.  Whenever I set it to clear the output on compare,
it clears the output immediately.  This doesn't happen when I set the
compare mode to set the output.  Has anyone experience this?  Do you
have any suggestions?
