yea there is.  Its the 17c42.  Its pretty expensive though.  As far as
speed I have done 19.2Kbps.  How fast do you need it to be?  If it really
bothers you about "waisting" time use something like the 84 or the 71
which have interupt.  preload the RTCC and service and interupt.  yes it
it a waist, kind of.  But that depends on you needing the RTCC or not.
Also the 17c42 is large(40 pin).  Most of my work is B-size cards for VXI
and a 40 pin device had better be well worth the price.
