The straight answer to your question is that all of the Microchip software
on our BBS can be freely downloaded by anyone who wants to attach themselves
on to the BBS. The logical extension of this is that all of Microchip's
software is available on a couple of ftp sites:
    ftp.sics.se
    ftp.funet.fi
and maybe some others I don't know of. Should you want to distribute
Microchip's software, please feel free to do so, but note that its
copyright basically means that you can't charge anything more than the cost
of the media and copying.
