Timer is a simple countdown timer.  Set it by using the arrow keys to increase or decrease the timer.  Press ENTER to start counting down.  Cancel the timer by pressing ENTER again.
When the timer is complete, it will play music and vibrate.  Press the ENTER key to return to the Setup Screen and press ENTER again to start counting down.
